OVERVIEW
I have worked with children with special needs for twelve years and in the field of occupational therapy for over nine years. I enjoy children of all ages and feel fortunate to be a part of their growth and development. I work with children who have Sensory Integration Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, feeding disturbances/ sensitivities, motor delays, visual/perceptual difficulties, learning differences, and other diagnoses that may disrupt typical development. I work with children individually and in various group settings depending on their needs. Treatment plans, goals, and home programs are created and shared with families to ensure a positive, successful experience for their child and to ensure skills learned in therapy are used throughout the environments of their world.
